The Dreams that You Dare to Dream, Part 2

I like to live in the present.  Appreciate where I am, what I have, etc.  However, the following are some of the dreams of my life:

1.  A room with a view.  (Dear Parking Lot, I am tired of looking at you.  I am also tired of being woken up by that one lame neighbor's beepy car unlock at 4:30 am even when my noise machine is turned way up.)
2.  A washing machine on the same level as my closet.  Or a laundry chute.  Man, did we have fun playing with my grandma's laundry chute when we were kids. 
3.  A walk-in closet.  It will be mine.  ALL.  MINE.
4.  A big, comfortable bathtub.  (Here is how I imagine the conversation went with the bathroom installers 25 years ago:  "Hey Hal!  Let's install a bathtub with a back that is straight up and down!"  "Great idea, Hank!  I mean, who likes to lean back in a bathtub, anyway?  I know I don't.  I like to take baths where only my legs are in the water."  "Me too, Hal, me too.")
5.  A cat who doesn't pee on stuff.
