My 8th graders just did fact vs. fiction charts

It's really awesome when...

someone at work gives you two free tickets to see The Screwtape Letters in DC and it's the best show you've ever seen, in spite of the near-panic attack you had while having to crawl over 10 people to reach your 5th row, center, seats 10 minutes into the show when you arrived 40 minutes late due to traffic and getting totally lost

you have to use your Christmas present Target gift card to buy a humidifier and cold medicine

you have major plans to spend the day painting the subfloor in the kitchen while the hardwood waits until hubby finishes grad school but instead don't pry yourself from bed until 2 pm

the guy in front of you at Giant speaks atrocious obscenities and you can't muster the energy to remind him there are women present

your sweet hubby takes over the kitchen project

your funny hubby takes the Christmas tree outside and props it up in snow drift in the yard

you make the best of a sick day by reading most of your new book, A Million Miles in a Thousand Years, by Donald Miller, and you love it

your giving hubby makes you dinner while you read blogs and whine and sniffle and whine

Quiz time! Fact or fiction? (Or, in other words...sarcasm or not?)
That's what came up when I Google'd "sick." I'd forgotten how much I love Natalie Dee!
