"Because I miss Nana so much I breaked my heart!"
Fortunately, a little Ferdinand (also known as "Fordinary" for little people who can't say "Ferdinand") and a little cuddle was all it took to push past into dream land.
This morning it was gluten-free blueberry waffles and a little playtime together.

Next, it was off to the lake for a little walk in the sweltering humidity. We found what we went for, and I couldn't have been happier for my littles who were enamored.
haha...such sweet cousin memories!! They are going to love looking at these lovely photographs someday, Taylor:). I love the closeup of Waverly with the ducks in the background...she looks so tired and sweet. And what gorgeous eyelashes she has!
